Meet Tracy
Tracy L. Kerdyk is a Realtor Associate with Kerdyk Real Estate in Coral Gables, Fla. She has been a resident of Coral Gables her entire life which gives her an exceptional knowledge of the community and surrounding areas. She is also an avid fisherman who knows the waterways in and around Coral Gables. She delivers high-quality service, pays exceptional attention to the details, is passionate about her work and is eager to assist you with all of your real estate needs.
Tracy graduated from Coral Gables High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Miami with a major in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Politics and Public Affairs. While at the University, Tracy played on the women’s golf team for four years where she won 11 collegiate tournaments setting a national record. She was named two-time First-Team All American, National Golf Coaches Association and Golfweek Magazine’s Collegiate Player of the Year.
She also was tapped into UM’s prestigious Iron Arrow Honor Society, inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa Society and Alpha Epsilon Rho National Broadcasting Honor Society.
After college Tracy played professional golf for 10 years as an exempt member of the largest, most renowned women’s sports property in the world, the LPGA Tour traveling throughout the United States and world. In 1995 she became a Rolex First-Time Champion by winning the JAL Big Apple Classic in New Rochelle, N.Y. In 1991 she set an LPGA record for the most holes-in-one in a single season with three. The record still stands.
She has received many awards and honors including being inducted into the University of Miami’s Sports Hall of Fame and the Coral Gables Senior High Hall of Fame. In 1997 she was honored by the City of Coral Gables with a monument “Tracy Kerdyk’s Corner” at the Granada Golf Course.
